Domperidone (Motilium) 10 mg is an antiemetic and prokinetic drug and is used to treat the condition of gastro paresis causing vomiting, nausea, fullness, flatulence and discomfort associated with it. The symptoms include belching without relief, the inability to finish a meal, loss of appetite and feeling sick. The condition occurs when your digestive system is out of rhythm or you have consumed more than the body’s requirements.

The drug acts for contractions and to move the food more easily in the stomach and intestines blocking the action of chemicals in the brain that send the signals of nausea and sickness associated with it. As a side effect Domperidone (Motilium) accelerates breast milk production and is consumed for the intended purpose also
