Is it just the US and UK who can use this method? I am in another EU country. Can I do it via paypal?
I sent a payment through Xoom as requested, but they sent me an email saying that they cancelled my transaction (with no explanation why). I only have Mastercards. How else can I send payment? Thanks.
Yeah, I placed two orders a month ago and you guys charged my cards for both of them but never sent me anything. I’ve sent two emails and also no response. So you’re just going to keep my payment and rob me? My order just says “pending.” I’ve was charged weeks ago and have yet to receive my order or a refund. From my end it looks like I’m getting robbed. You’re about to lose a really good customer.
